By studying a catering and hospitality course with us, you will gain experience of working with real customers in a real restaurant environment, in our award winning Parcs Restaurant. This will enable you to gain the business skills necessary to progress into this industry. Our students learn these skills to go on to work in top hotels, restaurants, cruise liners, tourist attractions and events around the world.
Students will also get the opportunity to be involved in many other events throughout the course including the University Centre Peterborough Graduation Ceremony, Peterborough College’s annual Excellence in Skills Awards Ceremony, themed nights in Parcs Restaurant and working at community events.
