Methods for Receiving Your Results

1. Via Email

All results will be emailed to you on the morning of their respective release dates.
Please note that due to the volume of emails, these may take some time to arrive after the 8:00 am release time.

2. In-Person Collection

You can collect your results in person between 8:30 am and 12:00 noon at the following locations:

• Peterborough Campus: Enterprise Lounge
• Stamford Campus: Bistro Area

Any results not collected by 12:00 noon will be sent to your home address via post.
Please ensure the college has your current address on file.

Note for BTEC Students: If your qualification did not involve an exam in May or June 2026, you will not have a results slip to collect. Your certificates will be posted to your home address once they arrive at the centre.

3. Collection by Someone Else

If you cannot attend in person, someone else may collect your results for you. You must first email the exams office at exams@peterborough.ac.uk or exams@stamford.ac.uk to grant permission. The person collecting for you must bring:

• A signed letter from you naming the person authorised to collect your results.
• Your Student ID Badge.
• A valid photo ID for the person collecting the results.

Please note that it is an Awarding Body requirement for you to give permission, and we will not be able to give your results to anyone else without this.
