Norland College Inspires Peterborough College Early Years Students in Exclusive Guest Session
Peterborough College Students studying T-Level and TOQ Early Years and Education courses received an insight into world-class childcare training this week during a guest presentation by Kate Morgan from Norland College.
World-renowned for over 134 years, Norland has been pioneering early childhood training since 1892. Widely recognised for setting the global benchmark in early childhood education and care, Norland offers students a unique dual-qualification path. Through this program, students earn a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Care alongside the Norland Diploma, blending academic theory, hands-on practical skills, and value-added training.
During the session, Kate Morgan met with Year 1 and Year 2 students to explore higher education opportunities and outline potential next steps in their careers. The interactive talk gave students clear guidance on the university application process, entry requirements, and key factors to consider when progressing to degree-level study.
Peterborough College students had an invaluable opportunity to engage directly, ask questions about specialist career pathways, and discover how earning a qualification under the world-famous Norland name can set them apart in the early years sector.
