As a Property Maintenance Operative you will maintain a high level of quality and provide maximum satisfaction to customers, clients, guests and your team. You will explore the mechanisms of building and preventing major damage that could result in extensive costs and maximise reactive intervention.
This apprenticeship is aimed at employees in a multi-trade, and is available in the following fields; electrical maintenance, heating and conditioning maintenance, building structure maintenance, carpentry tasks, plastering and tiling.
