This course develops the skills that employers are looking for. Upon successful completion of this course, you can choose from a whole range of craft or technical careers and possibly continue your studies on an apprenticeship programme. You could also progress on to a Level 3 course, an apprenticeship, or go into employment in the construction industry and return to study on a part–time Level 3 course.

Who is it for?
This course is aimed at adult students wanting to develop their career within the plumbing industry. You will be equipped with the necessary theoretical and practical skills you will need to be able to be competent in your plumbing capabilities in line with industry standards.
The course is delivered on Wednesdays from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
What is covered?
You will carry out both practical and theory sessions and learn the art of plumbing within our specialist facilities.
You will be taught by our industry specialist tutors who will support you every step of the way and provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
During the course, you will learn:
- How to carry out safe working practices in plumbing
- How to apply environmental protection measures
- How to apply scientific principles within plumbing
- The roles, responsibilities and procedures in plumbing

The course is delivered on Wednesdays from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
The course will be delivered within our realistic working environment beauty salons, providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills in a professional and practical setting. You will take part in practical lessons where you will practise and develop a range of beauty therapy techniques, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience.
Through examinations provided by e-assessment and practical and written assessments.
You will be required to purchase your own safety equipment, steel toe cap boots and work trousers which cost approx. £40.
