You will need an interest in childcare, a willingness to work hard and a minimum of Grade 2 in English and maths.
There will be a range of assignments allocated to each unit of study; all tasks for each unit must be completed to gain your qualification. You will complete a range of assessment methods and can only be graded as either a pass or a fail.
Stationery such as pens, pencils, a writing pad and a folder will also be essential. Visits to relevant early years organisations may be arranged throughout your course, and the total cost, including entry fees and transport, must be paid in advance.
