Skills Bootcamps – L2 – Get into Security

Bootcamps are aimed to enable people to enter the workplace following specific training in a specific industry area. We hope for you to gain employment following your learning on this course within the security sector and we will support you to gain an interview following this course with a relevant local employer.

As part of this skills bootcamp, we will assist and finance your first SIA application for Door Supervisor, which will allow you to seek employment in various security settings, including Door Supervision, security guarding and Retail.

This course is tailored for individuals new to the security industry, offering practical training and assessments across a variety of security roles.

Within the course you will undertake the following units:

• Understanding Stewarding at Spectator Events.
• Equality and Diversity.
• Award in Emergency First Aid at Work.
• Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry.
• Award for CCTV Operators in the Private Security Industry.
