With focused, hands-on preparation and tailored support, including CV development and interview coaching, this Skills Bootcamp will help you to prepare to apply for roles with the NHS or other care providers as early as December 2025.
On completion, you will be equipped to step into entry-level positions in health and social care, with a clear pathway to further training, qualifications, and career progression in this high-demand field.
Who is it for?
This fast-track training Skills Bootcamp is designed to prepare you for immediate employment in the health and care sector. Combining classroom-based learning and practical sessions, participants will complete a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work, gain a fully completed Care Certificate, and develop core care competencies including safeguarding, moving & handling, and basic clinical routines.
What is covered?
On completion of the Introduction to Working in the NHS and Associated Care Professions Skills Bootcamp you will achieve:
- Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF).
- Completed Care Certificate (including all practical competencies, skills and knowledge).
- Practical skills including moving & handling, safeguarding, and basic care routines.
- Interview preparation.
- Update CV.
