What can this course lead to?
Who is it for?
This course is designed to help people explore the skills and qualities they already have to boost their confidence and help them explore employment options. The focus is on confidence-building and employability for the first five weeks and on job searching and applying for live jobs in the final five weeks.

There are no entry requirements for this course however you should be in a position to begin seeking paid work by the end of the course.
Delivery consists of weekly three-hour, in-person group sessions designed to provide structured support at Jobsmart.
This course does not include a formal test. An attendance certificate will be issued to learners who complete the programme.
This course is fully funded for those who are unemployed – eligibility criteria applies.
