Arriving at The Big Welcome

On arrival it is important you arrive at the correct check-in point for your course. This information would have been sent to you via Whatsapp but further instruction can be found on this page. Our friendly Big Welcome Team will be on hand to show you where to go as you arrive and answer any questions you may have.

Registrations for The Big Welcome have now closed. The event has now reached full capacity, so we’re only able to welcome students who have already registered and received confirmation of their place.

Bus Routes

If you’re planning on getting here by public transport, Peterborough College is well connected by local bus routes, with regular services running between Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

Parking

Parking on site is limited so we recommend using one of the convenient drop-off options available.

Media, Journalism and Photography Applicants

The event for media, journalism and photography applicants will take place at the Media & Journalism Centre in Peterborough.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please enter the college campus via Eastfield Road. Staff will then be on hand to direct you to a safe drop-off point and guide you to the check-in area.

Media, journalism and photography applicants should be dropped off at the Media & Journalism Centre.

The course has opened doors for me. There was a great balance of theory and practical work. I would definitely recommend this course for people who want to go into healthcare!
