Our Employability course is for students with additional needs that some day wish to progress onto a form of employment – this could be paid or voluntary.

The Personal Social Development Course (PSD) is a good starting point for learners who need a little extra help with social skills or building confidence and independence, before moving on to the next step in their journey.

This bespoke study programme is aimed at young people aged 16-24 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who would like to get a job but may need some additional support.

This course is for students who would ultimately like to progress onto a vocational course in a mainstream college department.
