Who is it for
This introductory leadership and management course is ideal for practising or potential line managers who wish to gain an insight into the management theory and best business practice related to managing people, finance and information. The course is particularly useful for anyone who has not studied recently and would like a short course to get a feel for learning.
Interview Skills Assessment
An informal interview is required with the tutor before joining this course to make sure the course is right for you.
What will I need
You should normally be a practising or aspiring leader or manager. You will need 4 GCSE's at grade C or above including English and maths or equivalent.
Learners will need to study outside of course hours as assessments are set.
