We all learn in different ways and by recognising, valuing and responding to differences in the ways people learn, we can improve the quality of everyone's learning.
- When you apply, please let the admissions team know about any extra support needs you may have such as disabilities, learning difficulties or help with basic skills. We can then plan for support.
- If you have dyslexia, our specialist tutors can assess your needs and prepare a plan to support you
- We help visually impaired and hearing impaired students
- We arrange extra support with English and maths
- We provide specialist equipment including voice recognition technology, text enlarger software and adapted computers
- We have full wheelchair access on all sites
Additional learning support is available to learners who, after a support assessment, demonstrate a learning difficulty and/or disability that can be supported by the College within the audit and funding guidelines. Our learning support staff aim to work in conjunction with tutors and learners to provide the most suitable support in order to help you achieve your qualification.
