PRC Returns to the
Key Theatre with
West Side Story
Peterborough Regional College students and staff return to the
Key Theatre next week with yet another huge West End and Broadway
hit show - West Side Story.
Set in the 1950s the story is a modern twist on Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet and moves this tragic love story to the streets of New York highlighting the racial tensions and gang violence of the day. West Side Story will provide a superb vehicle for PRC's current crop of talented students including dancers, actors, singers, musicians and technicians. Once again the production is in the hands of Key Theatre Director Michael Cross, with choreography by Mel Carmassi and Musical Direction from the Key's resident MD - Steve Hession.
Hugely entertaining, exciting and moving, be sure to book early for one of the hottest tickets at the Key this spring!
