Job Details:
We are currently seeking a Personal Learning Coach to join our expanding Student Services department on a part time basis of 22.2hpw. This role has been created to assist and support students to complete and achieve their learning programmes. The responsibilities include; One-to-one meetings with students identifying any learning barriers experienced by the students Enabling the students to overcome barriers by providing practical and relevant advice, guidance and support. You should have the ability to build genuine rapport with colleagues and students, be able to prioritise a workload and work using your own initiative as well as the ability to keep accurate and detailed records and reports. The successful candidate will preferably come from a Science background and have a minimum A Level, NVQ 3, HND, Degree or professional industry experience OR ORC Certificate in Coaching with at least 3 years in a relevant practical job role.
Salary:
£21,915 pro rata
