Holidays

Support Staff - 30 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays plus up to 5 days at Christmas.

Teaching Staff - 37 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays plus up to 5 days at Christmas.

Pension

All salaried support and all teaching staff are entitled to join the final salary pension scheme. This is a guaranteed pension scheme run by the government. You have to pay 6% and the college pays approximately 13%.

Training and Development

We encourage all employees to gain more qualifications and develop their skills. We offer a multitude of courses in college and may well be able to sponsor you to attend courses that we do not currently offer.

Every year, there is a staff development week which everyone is able to attend. During the week we run various sessions in college on all sorts of subjects. We also run an in-depth induction programme and you will be assigned a mentor to help you through your first few months in college.
