To increase the Text Size In Internet Explorer, go to the View menu and select Text Size

In Mozilla Firefox, go to the View menu and select Text Size

In Opera, go to the File menu, select Preferences then Fonts and then change Minimum font size (pixels)

Accessibility Wizard
If you are using Windows XP Home/Professional edition or Windows 2000 there is a facility available which helps you configure Windows for your vision, hearing, and mobility needs.

The wizard can be accessed by going to the start menu, then programs, then accessories and then accessibility.

Using a Screen Reader
The information outlinedbelow is for people who are viewing this site using a screen reader.

P D F and R T F Files
Where different pages of this website link to documents, the link on the document name will be to an Adobe Acrobat P D F file, indicated by [.pdf]. Directly after this will be a link to the same document in Rich Text format indicated by [.rtf version].

Please note it has not been possible to provide Rich Text versions of all of the P D F documents used in this site, however we will endeavor to ensure that all future documents linked to from this site are available in both P D F and Rich Text format.

Turning Pictures Off
Some Screen Readers work better on this site when the pictures have been turned off. To turn pictures off please do the following:

Using Internet Explorer 5.5
On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

Click the Advanced tab.

Under Multimedia, uncheck the Show pictures check box, and click Apply and OK.

Shortcut Keys for use with some screen readers

If the web page is greater than one screenful you can use the following keys from Live mode to navigate the web page:

Go to next page SHIFT+BACKSPACE

Go to previous page BACKSPACE

Display a shortcut menu for a hyperlink SHIFT+F10

Move between frames SHIFT+CONTROL+TAB

Scroll toward the beginning of a page UP ARROW

Scroll toward the end of a page DOWN ARROW

Scroll toward the beginning of a page in larger pages PAGE UP

Scroll toward the end of a page in larger increments PAGE DOWN

Move to the beginning of a page HOME

Move to the end of a page END
